Die Drury Lane Lodge wurde am 10. November 1885 gegründet, konstituiert wurde sie am 25. Januar 1886.
Die Gründer der Loge
- Bruder Sir John Eldon Gorst (* 1838, * 1926), Politiker der konservativen Richtung, war Mitbegründer der Loge „Drury Lane Lodge 2127", übernahm 1886 das Unterstaatssekretariat für Indien.
- Sir Augustus Harris, ein Impresario, wurde in die Loge "St. Clair Nr. 349" in Edinburgh initiert. Er war einer der Gründer der "Drury Lane Lodge No. 2127"
- Horatio Herbert Kitchener, 1. Earl Kitchener of Khartoum and of Broome
